Let's go pesto!
I'm not a good cook or even a basic cook. I just love to read and watch about it and appreciate the art form. I count calories and pay attention to where my food is coming from and how it is prepared. I go as much as possible with the least processed(except chocolates!!!) for health reasons but appreciate everything about modern gastronomy.....with that said, i'm waiting for the sodium alginate i ordered and be experimenting on a buffalo mozzarella spheres recipe that will be served in its own juice in the same container to conserve its initial appearance for a surprising explosion in the mouth finish during tasting.

It was Kate's birthday at work today. Kate loves the chocolate ganache cake from Taylor's Bakery. Actually, we all love this cake. It looked good, it smelled good, but seeing as how I am counting calories, I had to say no. It was very, very hard but I stayed strong.
